A brand new concept of phone repair shops in Bishop Stortford and Hertford, with expert experience in iPhone repairs, and Samsung repairs, and a focus on mental health and trust.Â
Phones are both wonderful and scary at the same time. The ability to communicate with loved ones so easily is a very positive attribute to mental health, and at the same time, generations of people are now glued to their phone, consuming content for hours each day which removes them from human interactions and increases the risk of mental health problems.Â
We help you stay connected, and promote the healthy use of technology, hoping to have a positive impact on anyone that’s willing to listen.
Nearly half (43.4%) of adults (24.5 million in England) think that they have had a diagnosable mental health condition at some point in their life, and 61% of these do not access treatment.
Stuart and Dan, both in their 30’s, at times in their lives have been part of this statistic, feeling depressed, or beat up trying to tackle what comes their way.Â
“Many problems we face seem too big to overcome, or to see past, but in our experience, when speaking about these issues we are able to dissect them into smaller conversations and overcome them stage by stage.
Often one past the first part of the issue, we start to feel more positive and get a spring back in our step. We are lucky to have people around us, friends and family, which help us get through these issues without anything happening that actually hurts us, but sadly 14.3% of deaths worldwide, or approximately 8 million deaths each year, are attributable to mental disorders.”
The Phone Surgeries are phone repair shops, but also our platform to promote awareness for mental health, and screen awareness just by talking, and doing things that make us see through the hurdles we struggle to overcome.

The Phone Surgeries brand has evolved from our clinical approach to repairs, you can see us as a Hospital for phones and technology. This is important to us because we feel it helps create trust in our professional and clinical service.
We care about improving the relationship the world has with technology, by reducing the amount of Screen time people have. This is where our slogan comes from Because we all crack sometimes’.
